Fall is the perfect time to dust off your helmet and explore Barrie’s colorful trails, and our one-day Fall Bike Sale is the perfect excuse! Join Firebird Community Cycle on September 7TH , 2025 at 3 PM (134 Anne St South, Barrie) for a friendly neighborhood gathering. We’ll have a wide selection of refurbished adult and kids bikes for everything from sturdy commuters to bright little balance bikes. Every purchase helps our volunteer-run nonprofit keep wheels turning in the community, so you’ll feel great about giving a bike a second life!

One Day Only – Don’t Miss It!

This is a one-day event not a week-long clearance so be ready! Plan to arrive early, because once the bikes are sold, the sale is over. Bring cash or an e-transfer (no credit cards) and be prepared to ride away with a new-to-you bike. Our volunteers will be on hand to help you choose the right fit, answer your questions, and get you rolling. It’s all about community energy: meet fellow cyclists, chat with the Firebird crew, and find a great deal on two wheels.

Refurbished Bikes for Everyone

At our Fall Sale, every bike has been carefully checked and tuned by Firebird volunteers. You’ll find models for all ages and styles:

• Adult Bikes: From vintage cruisers and mountain bikes to slick road and hybrid bikes – all tuned and ready to ride.
• Kids’ Bikes: Colorful training-wheel bikes, balance bikes, BMX and more – whatever gets young riders excited.
• Great Value: Unbeatable prices for quality rides and pay-by-cash or e-transfer options.

Each bike at the sale tells a story: these were donated, lovingly rebuilt, and now looking for a new home. You can afford to bring the whole family after all, we have something for Grandma, Grandpa, parents, and every kid too.

Cycling is a joy that starts young. At Firebird, we love seeing kids learning to ride safely with a coach by their side just like in this photo. Our community space isn’t just a shop; it’s a place of learning and fun. Every bike we sell funds free workshops and youth programs where beginners get hands-on biking experience. When you shop our sale, you keep that cycle of giving going.

Community & Sustainability

Firebird Community Cycle is a volunteer-driven not-for-profit dedicated to promoting bike culture and sustainability. By diverting old bicycles from landfills and teaching practical repair skills, we make cycling more accessible for everyone. All proceeds from the sale go right back into our programs from free youth biking clinics to “pay-what-you-can” bike repairs. In short, your purchase is a win-win: you get an affordable bike, and you help our community and the environment.
