We have had an overwhelming response and are still booking sales appointments. Please email us to book an appointment time. If you end up finding a bike before your appointment or no longer need your appointment, please email us to cancel your appointment so we can move the queue forward.
We also ask that you only stop by if you have an appointment booked. We cannot perform repairs, sell parts, and do not have DIY hours yet. Those will com soon enough once restrictions are relaxed and we can accommodate different services back into the mix.

Due to COVID – 19 we have had to implement a number of procedures to protect our staff, volunteers, and customers. We are back with limited capacity. We are currently only able to support sales and donations, by appointment only. If you are interested in purchasing a bike or making a donation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to slot you into an appointment as quickly as possible.
If you are sick, or experiencing any COVID -19 symptoms, please do not come to the shop. We can schedule an appointment when you are healthy.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be expected to use hand sanitizer before touching or testing the bicycles. We do have some at the shop. If you have been to Firebird in the past you will notice some changes. These protocols are to keep you, our staff, and volunteers safe. Please follow the instructions and guidance from them when you are there.
We prefer E-transfer for payment as we have limited cash on hand and are trying to reduce exposure for everyone.
