We have had an overwhelming response and are still booking sales appointments. Please email us to book an appointment time. If you end up finding a bike before your appointment or no longer need your appointment, please email us to cancel your appointment so we can move the queue forward.
We also ask that you only stop by if you have an appointment booked. We cannot perform repairs, sell parts, and do not have DIY hours yet. Those will com soon enough once restrictions are relaxed and we can accommodate different services back into the mix.

Due to COVID – 19 we have had to implement a number of procedures to protect our staff, volunteers, and customers. We are back with limited capacity. We are currently only able to support sales and donations, by appointment only. If you are interested in purchasing a bike or making a donation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to slot you into an appointment as quickly as possible.
If you are sick, or experiencing any COVID -19 symptoms, please do not come to the shop. We can schedule an appointment when you are healthy.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be expected to use hand sanitizer before touching or testing the bicycles. We do have some at the shop. If you have been to Firebird in the past you will notice some changes. These protocols are to keep you, our staff, and volunteers safe. Please follow the instructions and guidance from them when you are there.
We prefer E-transfer for payment as we have limited cash on hand and are trying to reduce exposure for everyone.

If you have a donation of an old bicycle please let us know. We are not hosting regular shop hours yet, but are looking to open in some capacity in the near future. If you can hold onto the donation until we have regular hours, it would be appreciated. Please email us at email@example.com if you have a donation. If you need to drop your donation off before we are open again, please let us know so we can try to make alternate arrangements.
We are working on a plan to open the shop soon, but we are not ready yet. We will be posting on this site, facebook, and responding to email inquiries with updates.

The shop will be closed until at least April 19th. We will reassess closer to the date to determine if our annual bike sale is going to be delayed. Hopefully not, but it is for the benefit of everyone to stay healthy and safe right now. We hope to see you soon.

Our annual bike sale is coming!! This year it will be on April 19th from 1pm – 5pm. It will be held at 134 Anne street South, behind the CMHA building. There are bikes for all ages, sizes, and styles of riding. There will also be some vintage and high end bicycles available. Klein, Gary Fisher, GT, Miele, Trek, Thin Blue Line, etc, etc.
The weird winter weather hasn’t stopped us. Working hard on fixing bikes for our upcoming Spring Bike Sale. Always looking for volunteers that want to help fix, and those that want to learn how to fix bicycles. Come to 134 Anne St S on Sunday evenings from 5:30-9:30ish. We have the tools and parts to keep you moving.
